Dating in your 30s vs 20s — what's actually different?

Just turned 30 and honestly? Dating feels completely different. In my 20s I was chasing butterflies and drama. Now I want someone who shows up consistently and doesn't give me anxiety. The pool feels smaller but the quality is SO much better. Anyone else feel like they became a completely different dater after 30? What changed for you?
